My client is a large and established creative business who are currently looking to expand their sales team. They are well known and respected in the industry and offer multiple growth and development opportunities. You will be a results-focused thinker with a wide range of experience to contribute to the wider portfolio as well as a confident communicator. You will be able to demonstrate that you have the skills, vision and passion to extract the full commercial potential within the in the client portfolio.


Duties



  • Work towards company KPI's and ensure targets are achieved every month

  • To have a full understanding of industry, competitor analysis, publications and targets

  • To have a strong knowledge of your personal figures, targets, and budgets

  • Work hard to problem solve any challenges that arise quickly and effectively

  • Build and recruit for your team

  • Engage fully in training and development of your team

  • Communicate with credit control to ensure all contracts are fully paid prior to the event

  • Grow and develop the existing client base

  • Implement a strategy/vision for your client

  • Source, target and develop new business opportunities

  • Create and present regular reports to senior management

  • Communicate with the sponsorship production team who will deliver the deals that you secure

  • Ensure new leads and targeted clients are converted into returning business

  • Build relationships and support exhibiting vendors throughout the whole process

  • To deliver an event plan that meets company and client expectations

  • To represent company at all times during the event in a professional manor

  • To have a full understanding of each event taking place

  • Register confirmed attending exhibitors and contacts on the database

  • Coordinate with the internal and external stakeholders
