Permanent Role

7:30am-4:30pm Monday- Friday

Do you have advanced Excel skills? V-lookups, pivot tables and IF commands?

Do you have an aptitude for figures?

Along with strong administration skills, with proven ability to perform under pressure?

The duties;

  • Providing support to the Commercial Management team

  • Ownership of a portfolio of accounts

  • The point of contact for any subcontractor account queries

  • Producing account summaries

  • Liaising with subcontractors

  • Account reconciliations

  • Coordinating weekly remittance

  • Management of invoice queries

Skills required for the role;

  • Advanced excel skills - ability to do v-lookups, pivot tables, Ifs

  • Accounts experience

  • Strong administrative experience from a commercial environment


  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays

  • Pension

  • Onsite parking

  • Private health care - after probation

  • Excellent progression
