JOB TITLE: Commercial Administrator

LOCATION: Outskirts of Yeovil, Somerset. You must have your own transport due to location.

SALARY: Circa £25,000 - £29,000 PA DOE

HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4.30pm or 9am - 5.30pm

THE ROLE: To provide administration support to the commercial team, enabling them to increase sales within the UK and overseas markets.


  • Assist the commercial team to maintain and increase UK sector sales

  • Ensure administration procedures are accurately maintained and deadlines are met

  • Effective planning & processing of domestic and export orders

  • Ensure effective control of export documentation & EHC applications

  • Maintain effective communication of sales activities and developments to all relevant personnel

  • Management of stocks and sales orders

  • Administer pricing and manage promotional activity

  • Ensure all sales orders are entered on to the correct system and communicate to customer's when appropriate

  • Help maintain good customer relationships & communication

  • Ensure accuracy of export documents submitted for customs clearing

  • Provide project specific support required by the Commercial Manager


  • Excellent planning skills and can display knowledge of project management

  • Approachable and a team player, a desire to get the job done

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels

  • Highly motivated with an 'eye for detail'

  • Excellent IT skills

  • Customer focused and able to develop customer relations

  • Previous administration experience (essential)

  • Able to manage workload to deadlines.
