Job Title: CNC Milling / Turning

Location: Plymouth

Hours: Full Time - 39hrs - Mon to Thur-7am to 3.30pm and Fri-7am-2pm

Salary: £15-£16 per hour + overtime available

Benefits: 25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays, free car parking, regular social events

The Company:

We have a rare opportunity to join a really friendly and small firm, a Precision Engineering company manufacturing Components, Tooling, Jigs and Fixtures for the OEM, Work holding, Nuclear, Aerospace, Oil & Gas and Mass Transit sectors along with general engineered components.

Strong background in Engineering Manufacturing or toolmaking sector is preferred however training will be provided if you have relevant experience and the right skill set to fill this role, we strongly encourage you to apply.

The Role:

Skilled Miller

Responsible for :

• CNC milling precision engineering


• Precision CNC Milling Solutions


• Diverse range of CNC Milling capabilities from simple machined parts to complex machined components in prototype, low or medium batch sizes

The Candidate -

* Background in Engineering Manufacturing is preferred, but not essential

* Knowledge and experience of milling and turning environment

* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, and customer specifications ensuring all components are within specified tolerances

* Must have experience in working to tight tolerances

* Good understanding of geometric tolerances and symbols

* Effective communication skills
