Responsibilities:


As a Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a private clinic. Your main goal will be to ensure the smooth running of the clinic and provide exceptional patient experience. Key responsibilities include:



  • Overseeing the clinic's administrative functions, including appointment scheduling, patient registration, and billing

  • Managing a team of healthcare professionals and support staff, providing guidance and support as needed

  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to optimise clinic operations

  • Ensuring compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and standards

  • Monitoring and evaluating clinic performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing necessary changes

  • Managing relationships with external stakeholders, such as insurance providers and suppliers

  • Leading by example and promoting a positive and collaborative work culture within the clinic


Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):



  • Proven experience in clinic management or a similar role

  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment


Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):



  • Experience in private healthcare

  • Familiarity with medical billing and coding processes

  • Project management skills


Technologies:



  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Experience with clinic management software (e.g., electronic medical records systems)
