Job Title: Client Success Manager


Salary: £28-30K


Location: Leeds, Parking on Site


Hours: 09:00 -17:00, Monday to Friday, Office Based with flexible working possible after probation


Start: ASAP



The company we're recruiting for is a specialist advisory who have worked with numerous interesting clients across the country. They have recently invested in their structure and have developed a new Client Success Manager position to work closely with Client Services Director.



This role is ideal for those currently in an Account Manager position in a service-based industry i.e. the business provides a service as opposed to a product.



Based within the friendly Leeds office, you will be the first point of contact for clients across all projects in the region, attend client meetings and aim to improve the client experience overall. You will have similar experience as an Account Manager which allows you to build a great rapport with clients and internal teams to create a smooth process for everyone involved.

Within your new role as Client Success Manager you will be responsible for:



  • Be the first point of contact for clients, assisting as needed and managing expectations

  • Build relationships with the existing client base by a variety of communication methods including phone, email and meetings

  • Establish and maintain clear retention and growth goals

  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure client needs are met

  • Consistently look to improve processes for the client to create a positive experience overall



Skills/experience required for this position:



  • Recent Account Management experience within a service based industry

  • Passion for Customer Service

  • Excellent and adaptable communication skills
