Office Angels are currently recruiting for a permanent Client Services Recruitment Partner to support our client based in Edinburgh City Centre. Salary is £40,000 - £50,000 + Quarterly performance bonus. Hours of work are 9:00am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.



  • The main purpose of this role is to manage onsite client relationships with the client's resourcing partner and hiring managers and to ensure recruitment process is managed effectively and in line with the client's objectives and to maximise opportunities for growth and development of account.

  • Operational management of MSP Client account(s)

  • Responsible for effective delivery of all in-scope services to Client ensuring that all contractual and service commitments are monitored and met


Duties will include:



  • Proactive management of account performance including the monitoring of all KPIs to ensure expectations are met and where necessary improvement plans are put in place to drive performance

  • Upkeep of Client specific Account Plan

  • Leading all strategic review meetings with Client including working with MI team to produce engaging and informative review packs

  • Problem/complaint resolution

  • Working in line with formal SLAs agreed with client

  • Leading Contractor Care programme and managing active contractor relationships

  • Compliance with and adherence to all client policies

  • Manage the day to day client relationship with hiring managers and client internal recruitment team as applicable

  • Providing recruitment advice to Hiring Managers

  • Managing end to end recruitment process including taking full and detailed vacancy briefing and advising on appropriate sourcing strategies

  • Pro-actively exploring new opportunities within client to maximise the companies opportunity

  • Providing market information to client to positively influence recruitment decisions

  • Working collaboratively with the company's sourcing team to fill roles

  • Management of 3rd party agencies (where applicable) including arranging and chairing agency briefing sessions and monitoring ongoing supplier performance

  • Providing qualified shortlists to hiring managers

  • Accurate upkeep of all recruitment systems

  • Managing offer and on-boarding process as required

  • Project work and any other relevant activities as required and directed by the company's management


Skills:



  • Experience of presenting to clients in formal and informal settings

  • High level of numeracy and literacy

  • Previous recruitment experience

  • Strong knowledge of legislation relating to temporary recruitment

  • Experience of working in commercially targeted environment

  • Experience of managing multiple recruitment systems
