JOB ROLE: Head of Client Services

INDUSTRY: Private Equity Firm

SALARY: £50k

LOCATION: West End / Hybrid


  • Lead, support and supervise the Client Services team in order to provide a first-class client experience.

  • Collaborate effectively with the Investment, Investor Relations, and Management teams to ensure deadlines and client expectations are being met.

  • Continually seek and develop internal process improvements and efficiencies, which are then clearly documented.

  • Oversee the upkeep of an accurate, secure, and intuitive CRM system and Client Portal.

  • Recruit, nurture and retain excellent team members, providing learning and development opportunities wherever possible.

  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements, ensuring that all team members invariably meet those requirements.

  • Monitor client communications to check that all are written to a high standard, issued in a timely manner, and express the desired tone and image of the brand.

  • Perform Root Cause Analysis on issues and delays to prevent future reoccurrence.

  • Lead and deliver key projects that impact the client experience.

  • Plan and manage regular investor networking events.


  • 5+ years' experience in Financial Services.

  • Experience in a leadership role.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Extremely organised and reliable.

  • Ability to pre-empt potential obstacles and use initiative to swiftly problem solve.

  • Comfortable using the full Microsoft Office suite, Excel in particular.

  • Experience with Zoho/Salesforce or similar.
