Office Angels are looking for a Client Services Coordinator to join a reputable digital software services company based near London Bridge. This is a great opportunity to work within a leading organisation with future progression opportunities.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:



  • Weekly reporting to internal teams

  • Schedule meetings or telephone conferences between clients and management

  • Managing administration of new and renewed business

  • Forecasting on engagements

  • Screen feedback and requests form clients and liaise with relevant departments within the organisation to provide solutions.

  • Being the POC for all contractors and third parties

  • Strong relationship building to maintain providers

  • Regularly monitoring the general inbox and ensuring responses are made with time efficiency

  • Compile and maintain records on client accounts


Must-Have Requirements:



  • Competent using Microsoft Packages

  • Strong initiative and proactive working manner

  • Available Immediately to start a new role

  • Strong Telephone manner

  • Good time management

  • Strong people skills

  • Good attention to detail and very organised
