Client Services Administrator

An experienced Client Services Administrator is sought for this dynamic business with a real team ethos and fun environment, salary reflects experience at £28k/£32k pus a host of benefits including generous holiday allowance!

Duties will include:

  • Dealing directly with clients and supporting Advisors

  • Providing exceptional Customer Service

  • Resolving queries

  • All Administrative tasks

  • Project work

  • Liaising with all departments

  • Operations support

As the successful candidate you will:

  • Be delivery orientated

  • Have at least 1 years IFA or financial services experience

  • Be CII RO part qualified

  • Be bright, articulate with excellent oral and written English.

  • Offer strong IT skills

  • Be highly organised and a self-starter

The hours for this role are 8.30am to 5.30pm with a degree of flexibility to avoid traffic and the possibility of working from home occasionally once trained. A generous salary of £28,000-£32,000pa is offered dependent upon experience.
