Job Role: Client Services Administrator

Start Date: Asap (but will wait for the right person)

Location: Birmingham

Duration: Permanent

Pay: £22-£25k depending on experience

Our client, a private legal practise based in the Birmingham area are currently recruiting for a Client Services Administrator to provide support across their business function. The successful candidate ideally come from a legal background, preferably in Family/Matrimonial and provide admin support for new clients who are applying to see if they qualify for Legal Aid, if not updating them on services they could offer them as a private client.

Key Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Dealing with incoming calls for clients applying for eligibility for Legal Aid.

  • Qualifying the clients by assessing their criteria

  • Up selling Private Client Services

  • Allocating new clients to Solicitor diaries

  • Booking and scheduling appointments

  • Diary Management

  • Covering reception and meeting and greeting clients

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Good Co-ordinational skills

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication (both written and verbal)

  • Ability to organise and prioritise workload, work under pressure and deliver against tight deadlines

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Must be empathetic

Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 5pm), 37.5 hours per week
