Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum |Commission: OTE £10,000 on hitting sales and margin targets

Hours: Monday - Friday

Location: Mitcham

Our client is currently recruiting for an Client Relationship Manager to join their team. You will be reporting into the Sales Operations & Customer Experience Director and working in a team of 5.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

� Working alongside the Senior Account Team, accountable for the overall execution, management and quality control of a portfolio of customers

� Leading the entire process from the customer briefing and brand immersion process through to project completion, ensuring client satisfaction and meeting all timeline milestones

� Serve as the main point of contact for designated B2B customer programmes, working cross-functionally

� Conduct and lead kick-off and status meetings regularly with customers and relevant internal global and local team members, ensuring thorough communication with all stakeholders at all stages of every project

� Responsible for the client relationships after programme launch, focusing on profitability, tracking, managing resource consumption, financial reporting and billing

� Create and maintain asset delivery roadmaps, schedules, inventory agreements, cost and sales budgets

� Collate & manage product, sales & financial data, creating actionable reports & dashboards

� Proactively communicate with clients about merchandise product risks, challenges and solutions

� Leverage global resources to drive improvements based on local market needs

� Secure approvals, coordinate action items and communicate cross-functionally to maintain workflows

� Build & deliver email and digital campaigns to drive awareness and sales of merchandise programmes

� Drive and make recommendations to effectively engage customers across digital channels to support business objectives, improving and prioritising the customer/user experience

� Cultivate and demonstrate an interest and awareness of trends and best practices as related to the digital space



Essential:

� Proven experience in a client relationship / project management role leading and delivering multiple digital programmes - strong project management and planning skills

� Skilled at building strong internal and external stakeholder relationships

� Customer service orientation with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations - ability to work backwards from the needs of the customer to deliver an excellent customer experience

� Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users - comfortable using analytical tools

� Ability to think strategically and execute methodically, adept at making data-driven, analytical decisions

� Action oriented, highly organised and self-sufficient - ability to prioritise & complete a high volume of tasks and projects with tight deadlines

� Fluent English verbal/written communication and data presentation skills

� Creative, confident presenter/negotiator - impeccable attention to detail with good commercial understanding

� Strong PowerPoint and Word skills and excellent Excel skills
