We are seeking a driven, client relationship manager to join a market leader in the renewables industry at this very exciting time for the industry.

JOB TITLE: Client Relationship and Portfolio Manager

LOCATION: Dunchideock

HOURS: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, various start and finish times between 8am & 6pm. This team also have a weekend on call rota - you will be required to be on call 1 weekend in 4 and will be paid generous overtime for this.

SALARY: £25, 000 per annum plus weekend on call overtime

THE ROLE: As a Client Relationship Manager you will look after a number of clients ensuring all needs and expectations are met and that all clients receive an exceptional level of service. You will be the first point of contact for clients and will manage the day to day running of the portfolio. This is a varied position within a busy operational environment where you will work to ensure the effective execution of customer contracts.


  • Primary point of contact for clients in the portfolio

  • Regular communication with clients including periodic performance meetings

  • Ensuring the company deliver on all aspects of their contracts with the clients

  • Carrying out all services listed in the contract scope within the contract timeframes

  • Carrying out additional services as agreed by the client

  • Monitoring the portfolio to ensuring issues/faults are dealt with within agreed timeframes

  • Development, submission and closing of proposals to optimise performance of your portfolio

  • Organising site visits for internal quality inspection, customer tours, issue co-ordination and resolution

  • On call duty in support of Service Delivery rota.

  • Contract performance reviews with key internal teams


  • Client relationship experience

  • Ability to communicate client needs with team and to engage with other parts of the business to ensure they resolve clients' issues in a timely manner

  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and relationships simultaneously

  • Ability to produce proposals and communicate their benefits

  • A knowledge of renewables would be a distinct advantage but is not essential

  • A team player

  • Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
