Business hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5pm (occasional shifts maybe required)

Location: Chichester

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Client (Customer) Contact Specialist - Key Accountabilities:

  • Accurate maintenance of all existing reporting and process documentation

  • Client data collation and recording accurately

  • Input to flash reports for management visibility

  • Excellent telephone manner

Client (Customer) Contact Specialist - What we're looking for:

  • Immediate availability would be advantageous

  • Fluent English, spoken and written

  • An enthusiastic attitude paired with an approachable personality

  • Client service

  • Luxury Retail experience

  • Knowledge of Saleforce

  • Full UK/EU driving licence
