Client Administrator - 1 year contract with the possibility of the role becoming permanent


Immediate start to allow a handover with the current incumbent


£30,000 - £33,000pa


Based in the beautiful village of Westerham in purpose built offices, free parking and close by to shops, cafes and amenities.

Do you want to be part of a dedicated marketing team who support their clients with all aspects of merchandising, sales, experiential marketing, mystery shops and in store sampling?


Are you highly organised and take pride in your attention to detail, particularly when using MS Excel and exporting high volumes of data to manage and manipulate ready to present to a client?


Working in a small but very successful team, your role will allow you to use your excellent communications skills in talking to existing clients and supporting the projects they are running with the business. Dealing with queries, emails, requests and follow ups, you will be a natural at demonstrating how efficient you are!


You will be creating documents, running reports, booking field staff to attend sites and dealing with all associated duties.


You do not need a marketing background however someone with a great mix of customer service and administration skills would really suit this role. The essential part is being able to confidently use MS Excel.


This role will give you fantastic exposure to the world of marketing and sales and really hone your administration skills. This is a 1 year contract to cover maternity however there will be an opportunity to look at the role on a permanent basis after this.
