Job Title: Client Administrator


Location: Taunton, Somerset


Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time (Monday to Friday, 8.45am - 5.15pm)


Salary: £23,000 - £26,000 per annum (upper end of salary for industry experience)

Responsibilities:



  • Effectively communicate with clients and provide accurate administration support

  • Proactively manage day-to-day administration tasks, including transacting cases, supporting consultants and clients during the application process

  • Liaise with providers to deliver a seamless service to clients

  • Utilise various software packages for data entry and monitoring client database

  • Provide efficient client relations support through regular communication with consultants

  • Collaborate with the Head of Client Relations to implement office procedures effectively

  • Handle incoming and outgoing post, book meeting rooms and conference facilities as required


Essential:



  • Previous experience in administration

  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy

  • Organised and self-motivated

  • Exceptional customer service skills with a flexible and adaptable approach

  • IT literate

  • Personable, presentable, and punctual

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
