Client Administrator - Bridgwater, Somerset


Exciting opportunity to work for an established and professional firm with excellent local reputation.


£20,000 - £25,000 PA DOE


Monday to Friday - Full time or part time considered

You will be based in a convenient location with plenty of free onsite parking. You will be working in recently refurbished serviced offices with a large fully equipped kitchen and break out rooms so you can sit away from your computer screen on your lunch break. You will work very closely with one other person in the office so if you prefer a smaller, quieter working environment this will be ideal for you.


Could this be your next career move?



  • You will obtain client personal illustrations, key features documents, application forms and pre-complete, if required.

  • You will prepare and process new business applications and follow these through to completion.

  • You will prepare client valuations and reports.

  • You will deal with written and telephone enquiries from clients and product providers.

  • You will manage clients' portfolios online.

  • You will maintain client records and keep them updated.

  • You will carry out Money Laundering checks.

  • You will arrange client meetings.

  • You will record and update data on back office systems.

  • You will assist the team with general administration duties.


Are you able to...



  • Work accurately in administration - working in a regulated environment you will have a good eye for detail and work with a high degree of accuracy.

  • Communicate confidently - you'll be able to liaise both internally and externally to ensure a clear and efficient service is being delivered to clients.

  • Work in a small team - to allow for greater accountability, autonomy and flexibility.
