ROLE - Homes Claim Handler
SALARY - £20,000 to £25,000 DOE
LOCATION - Glasgow/Work from Home
HOURS - 35 hours (8am - 6pm)

The successful candidate will be given autonomy to act as the financial owner and decision maker from the desk. You will have a strong background in property claims handling and be adept at taking a caring and empathetic approach towards clients.

What your day will look like:

� Providing support to clients who are potentially facing an unsettling and stressful event

� Project managing household property claims and being personally accountable for your own case load

� Liaising with supplies, contractors and other stakeholders

� Ability to handle claims from instruction to conclusion

� Delivering exceptional service and communicating in a clear and concise manner

� Keying accurate information into the client database, including follow up notes and diary entries

Essential skills:

� Taking pride in your customer service skills

� Showing great empathy towards your clients

� Previous claims handling experience

� Positive attitude and desire to go the extra mile for each client.

� Previous experience of working in a fast-paced environment.

� Cert CII or Cert CILA qualifications (desirable)
