The Grants Manager will be responsible for managing and assisting with grant applications from start to finish, supported by a Grants Support Worker. The Grants Manager will also be expected to play a pivotal role in determining a Service Level Agreement for beneficiaries with the Director and the team.

Facilitate, plan and monitor grant processes efficiently and effectively, to contribute to the organisation's strategic goals and beneficiary success.

 Apply technology solutions to grant making, to support the organisation's goals, applicant experience, and beneficiary success. 

Implement financial policies and controls to ensure effective and efficient deployment of financial resources for grant making.  Capture and evaluate grant results to inform future grant funding priorities, promote learning and improvement

 Run and present weekly /monthly reports / stats as required, providing grant statistics and financial information to the team on a regular basis.

 Apply the organisation's values, mission, and goals to ensure alignment of application process and guidelines.  Build the capacity of the grants team so they can be successful in their grant making role.

 Focus on grant processing resource allocation, to ensure sufficient resources are in place during demand surges

The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and skills:
 Educated to degree level or equivalent
 Professional experience as a Grants Manager
 In-depth knowledge of the benefits system
 Advanced use of CRM systems.
  In-depth data protection knowledge
 Advanced Excel skills; eg: pivot tables, v-look ups.
