Charity Administrator - Immediate Start

JOB ROLE: Charity Administrator

JOB TYPE: Temp

HOURS: Full Time Monday - Friday 9-530


SALARY: £10.00 per hour


Duration: 3 months +

LOCATION: Work from Home but must be able to travel to office in Hove if required


Office Angels are working in partnership with a longstanding client and we are on the hunt for a dynamic administrator who is happy to get stuck into different parts of the business.

DUTIES INCLUDE:



  • All round office administration, answering emails

  • Contacting external parties as and when required

  • Updating booking form templates, processing booking forms when they returned, updating child/adolescence person records (on a database), electronic filing of supporting documents, contact with parent carers via email and telephone

  • HR admin: updating holiday forms, completing DBS and reference requests

  • Organising interviews, offer packs, organising new joiner paperwork

  • Assisting HR Adviser in collating hours/info for payroll

  • Organising/taking notes at meetings

  • Updating spreadsheets


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • Strong administrative experience

  • Education or Charity experience a bonus but not essential

  • IT literate, you will be using Excel in your new position

  • Organised and able to manage your own workload, including planning multiple tasks for different business areas

  • Good accuracy and attention to detail

  • Forward thinking, proactive and ability to use initiative

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, showing warmth and empathy when required with external parties

  • Understand handling confidential information

  • Able to work as part of a team but also independently
