Change & People Manager

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Change & People Manager working for a prestigious and professional organisation.

Working within the projects and change team, the most important aspect of this role will be Team Management! You will be an experienced People Manager who can effectively lead within a busy and fast paced change and project environment. You will effectively support and encourage the personal development of your team, ensure that the team works collaboratively with each other as well as internal and external stakeholders and will act as a point of escalation for team members and stakeholders. You will have an understanding of change management programmes and projects so that you can effectively delegate tasks to team members and ensure that the change team's goals, objectives and deadlines are being met. As a central point of contact within the change team you will be able to confidently establish and maintain effective relationships with colleagues across the organisation.

Candidates for this role will be able to demonstrate extensive leadership experience in either a change management or project management environment. You will have the ability to lead an inclusive team where members are nurtured and developed. Experience of leading teams, change and projects within a regulatory body or public sector environment would be advantageous, however candidates from other backgrounds will also be considered. Strong IT skills are essential for this role including experience of using CRM systems. You will be a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organisation skills are also a must as you will be managing different teams and tasks for a variety of projects and programmes.
