Centre Manager (Office Space) - £26,000!

Location: BD10 - Bradford- Free parking on-site!

Salary: £26,000 per annum

Duration: This can be a temporary ongoing role or a Fixed Term Contract- Whichever you prefer!

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30-5:30 with an hour lunch.

Start date: ASAP


Office Angels Bradford are working alongside a business that offers office space hired storage units in Bradford who have been around for 20 years! You will be based in their open, modern office in BD10 and benefit from a canteen and a day off on your birthday!

If you are a confident individual who would enjoy showing clients around the offices and take control of the general managing of the office, then please do get in touch. The role is flexible to suit you in terms of Fixed Term contract or rolling temporary contract! You will also have flexibility on start and finish times across a 40-hour week!

Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Carry out customer viewings

  • Signing of the office agreements.

  • Drive the customer journey from end to end, ensuring we are consistently exceeding customers' expectations

  • Onboarding process- E.g viewings around the office space, move in, move in feedback

  • Processing of supplier invoices and monthly invoicing

  • Ensure Centre debt is regularly reviewed, all overdue invoices are resolved in line with budget, with regular liaison with Credit Control team.

  • Engage in regular networking events

  • Build relationships with local Commercial Real Estate Agents

  • Responsibility for the prompt resolution of all customer queries/enquiries

  • To ensure meetings room standards are maintained

  • Work closely with Operations team to ensure site standards are maintained and maintenance and refurbishments are completed on time.

  • Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the business centre

  • Daily walk round to confirm that standards of appearance are being maintained.

  • Ensure that company procedures are adhered to including Health & Safety procedures are (Weekly fire alarm tests, six monthly evacuations, identification of hazards of slips, trips and falls etc.
