Job Title: Central Operations Support Manager

Location: Bristol

Salary: 28- 33k

Hours: Full time - Flexible working (Office Mon, Tues and Fri - Home working Weds & Thurs)

My client based in Bristol who are one of the leading brands in hospitality are looking for a Central Operations Support Manager to join their team. Your main objective would be to support the Operations Director & Operation Managers with booking systems, licenses, reporting and many other duties.

Key responsibilities within your new role would be to:

  • Drive continual improvements and processes

  • Support the Operations Director and multiple Operations Managers

  • Manage booking systems

  • Pulling analytical data and reporting

  • Managing and updating licenses

  • Food & safety management

  • POS Equipment management

  • Organising and communicating to make sure all compliance is met

  • Supporting & working closely with the Finance, Marketing & Commercial teams

Experience and skills required for this position:

  • Ideally would suit someone who has worked as either - PA/EA, Analyst, Office Manager, Operations/Facilities

  • Desirable - Has worked in the hospitality sector

  • Strong Analytical and reporting skills

  • Extremely organised & a team player

  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
