Case Handler

Location: Durham, DH1. Due to location, it is highly beneficial if you drive with access to your own vehicle.


Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Mon - Friday, 9AM - 5:30PM with a 1-hour lunch, however some flexibility could be offered e.g. 9AM - 5PM with a 30-minute lunch.


The salary for this role is £17'486, with the potential of earning £200+ bonus per month, after probation - NOT sales/target driven. The role:


The role of Case Handler will be to manage the full life cycle of a 'clients' journey, from beginning to end. This role will suit someone who has good organisational and communication skills - admin experience is beneficial but NOT essential.


You will be trained to take full ownership of your own cases, establishing a good working relationship both internally and externally.


You will demonstrate a positive, can-do, attitude and to take ownership over personal development and progression.


Duties:



  • Make contact with clients via telephone and email to complete initial triage, discuss case's and assign an appropriate solution

  • Manage the client and instructing parties expectations, ensuring any unsolvable or challenging cases are escalated

  • Provide excellent customer support

  • Maintain a record of the case history, ensuring that all notes and actions taken are recorded on the CRM software

  • Process and submit completed paperwork

  • Process, accurately, all instructions from the instructing party

  • Draft correspondence using templates prepopulated

  • Any other office-based tasks


You do not need to have any previous experience of working within a similar role! You just need to have a great work ethic and enjoy providing customer service day to day! There will be a thorough training scheme in place for the successful candidate, specific classroom-based training, as well as on the job training with an experienced 'buddy'.
