Hourly Rate: £9.50 per hour


As a front of house Care Home Administrator, you will be highly organised with a keen eye for detail with prior experience in a similar, fast paced role. You will be a positive, team player who strives to go above and beyond.


Overview of responsibilities:



  • Answering telephone phone calls in a friendly and helpful manner

  • Transferring calls to relevant departments

  • Taking and distributing messages

  • General administration - Email communication, letters

  • Data entry

  • Preparing reports

  • Processing various documents


To be considered for this opportunity, you will:



  • Have previous administration experience

  • Be competent with using Microsoft Office & Excel

  • Have a clear valid enhanced DBS check
