Salary: £23,000 plus monthly bonus and great benefits


Job Title: Candidate Consultant, Team Assistant


Job overview: You will be supporting 2 fantastic and friendly Perms Consultants. Both Consultants are very successful but also very busy and now need a helping hand! Day to day you will be assisting them in placing adverts, speaking to candidates over the phone and shortlisting for various roles along with varied admin support.

The Office: A hybrid 'work from office / home' role. When in the office you will be based in Office Angels brand new, City based, Head Quarters. A truly stunning location. 3 days a week required in London

Duties:



  • Team administration, looking after 2 Perms Consultants and support for the wider team

  • General support to the Branch Business Manager

  • Writing and placing job advertisements on our system and job boards

  • Screening advertisement responses by calling candidates and discussing their requirements

  • Candidate records - compliance checks and ensuring we have all necessary information

  • Assist in Marketing campaigns

  • Building a strong candidate network and attraction, resourcing of high-calibre candidates

  • Looking after the full the registration process for candidates, pre-screening and interviewing and guiding candidates through the process

  • Ensure customer excellence is delivered to all candidates

  • Office and Customer Service experience
