Salary: up to £25,000 depending on experience

Location: Birmingham B40

Permanent, Full-Time

The role:

  • Identify opportunities to improve the performance of the event marketing programmes to showcase activity value, drive engagement and create a seamless customer journey

  • Supporting, developing, and delivering online and offline B2B activity to deliver ABM lead generation campaigns

  • Planning and development of digital and social marketing campaigns to drive traffic to venue websites, capture data and improve conversions

  • Support across PPC and paid advertising campaigns as necessary, ensuring work is within budget and delivers a ROI

  • Devise and produce engaging copy and content for use across web, email, video, social and collateral

  • Industry event planning, management and coordination including event presence, promotional materials, coordination of internal teams, liaison with event organisers and measurement of results

  • Monthly analysis and measurement of marketing activities and digital performance, compiling reports on results and optimising areas for growth or improvement

  • Ensuring all campaign activation is aligned with wider plans regarding scale, objectives, audience, timings, and budget

  • Assist in developing and managing content for social media channels

Sounds good? To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Confidence and experience managing end to end marketing campaigns across all channels

  • Proven experience of executing campaign strategy

  • Strong copy-writing skills with confidence in writing and developing compelling copy for web updates and campaigns

  • Ability to coordinate activities and manage multiple projects with effective time management

  • Knowledge and previous experience using Google Analytic

  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written

  • Be enthusiastic and a 'self-starter', who can work autonomously if required

  • Team player: ability to build strong relationships and work closely with other members of a high performing team

  • Excellent organisational, administrative and time management skills

  • Knowledge and or experience of the events industry would be advantageous
