Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week, generally between 9AM - 5PM ⏰


Pay Rate: £11.50hr - £12.50hr


What You'll Do:



  • Provide support to our clients in various administrative and operational tasks.

  • Assist with data entry, document preparation, and file management.

  • Handle incoming phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.

  • Help with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.

  • Contribute to the smooth operation of our clients' offices through your efficient and proactive work style.


What You'll Bring:



  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.

  • Flexibility to adapt to different work environments and tasks.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Front of house or customer service experience

  • Excellent administration skills
