Job Details:



  • Calling all Drama & Performing Arts Graduates!

  • Sales Opener within Property sector

  • £22,000 + Bonuses & Amazing company benefits!

  • Central London

  • Hours = Monday - Friday (8-5pm / 9-6pm / 10-7pm shift patterns)


1 x Saturday and 1 x Sunday a month 10am - 4pm


(Receive � day holiday in lieu when working Saturday and following Friday off in Lieu when working the Sunday)



Job Spec:



  • Follow up warm leads with potential customers via telephone

  • Managing warm leads - no cold calling involved

  • Understand customer circumstances/requirements over the phone and identify the need for a quick sale

  • Encourage customers to sign up with the company to sell their property

  • Build up initial relationships with the customer

  • Update company software in order to keep organised

  • Strong communicating, building relationships and making sales

  • Achieve key business KPI's

  • Working individually and as part of a wider team




Requirements:



  • Graduate within Drama and/or acting/performing arts or similar is extremely desired!

  • Any experience within a role where personality, confident and outgoing nature is required

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Willing to learn a telephone sales-based role

  • Highly organised, focused and target driven

  • Confident, resilient, articulate, and outgoing individual

  • Must be ambitious, willing to learn and eager to progress within the company

  • Able to build strong relationships with clients and offer exceptional customer service

  • Friendly, personable, and excellent team player.
