JOB TITLE: Call Centre Handlers


SALARY: £8.82 to £10.02 depending on shifts

HOURS: Full time, shifts ranging between 8am - 11pm including weekend work. On a 4 week rota.

Office Angels Exeter are currently recruiting for an exciting position to join a large and growing health-care organisation in Exeter as a Call Centre Handler.

The main purpose of your role will be to answer inbound 111 calls to a standard to ensure the provision of a high quality, safe and accessible service to patients.

Key duties will include:

  • Answering inbound calls giving high quality customer care.

  • Following all audit and compliance procedures.

  • Able to work to deadlines and KPI's

  • Working effectively in a team with good communication.

  • Someone who thrives on giving only the highest standards in customer service, can be empathetic, patient and be able to work in a pressurised and sometimes highly emotive environment.

To be successful in this role you must have experience in customer service ideally within a call centre but not essential. Experience working within a medical background would be an advantage. We have roles starting immediately with start dates of 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th November.
