Office Angels have an exciting opportunity for a customer service advisor to join our client in West Edinburgh. This is a temporary role which is starting in roughly 3-4 weeks and is ongoing for 3-6 months. Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours a week. The hourly rate is £10.60 an hour.

Interviews will be held this Saturday 13th July.

Job Description:

- You will be the first point of contact for our customers and financial advisors via Inbound Telephony, Email and Web Chat.

- This role requires you to have knowledge of or a willingness to learn about Platform Investments including Pensions and ISAs, Platform Technology and distribution channels.

Skills and Experience:

- A strong background in customer service

- Previous experience of working in customer services, a helpdesk environment or the finance industry

- Strong responsibility and ownership to ensure our customer requests are met in full

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders

- The ability to put yourself in the customers shoes, suggesting ways to improve our overall customer experience

- Good teamwork and recognising opportunities to build key relationships within the organisation

- A flexible approach

- Attention to detail

- Resilience in challenging situations

- Bus stop within a 2 minute walk

- These are temporary to permanent roles. This means that initially you will be on a temporary contract through Office Angels, but there is potential for the role to go permanent.
