Office Angels are currently seeking 3 Complaint Handlers to go and work for one of their long-standing clients within the City Centre. The ideal candidate will be a strong administrator and have experience providing a strong all-round customer service experience.

The Complaint Handler is responsible for:


  • Initial point of contact for phone calls and visitors.

  • Check answer-phone messages and return calls or pass on messages as appropriate

  • Photocopying/scan documents as required

  • Dispatch information to customers in response to enquiries.

  • Assist with management and development of filing system.

  • Maintain complaint records (physical record and database).

  • Printing case material

Complaint handling

  • Record new complaints onto consumer relationship management database.

  • Determine method of progression in line with processes for complaints and take appropriate action.

  • Correspond with companies and customers as required.

  • Seek advice or assistance from colleagues where required.

  • Keep up to date with complaint and customer service issues to help in dealing with customers over the phone.

  • Act as first point of contact for telephone enquiries.

  • Deal with telephone and written enquiries and transnational complaints.
