HOURS: Monday - Friday 9am - 5.00pm

We're teaming up with a well-established company based in Orpington looking to recruit for a Team Leader to support their Administration team.

The day to day duties in your new job would be:

  • Ensuring the team are consistently providing excellent Customer Service always

  • Assisting with the management of clinical diaries as required

  • Managing complaints and escalating where necessary

  • Conducting monthly 1-1's and annual Performance Management review for members of team

  • Motivating your Administration team and promoting a positive outlook

  • Recruit new staff as required and train new starters delivering their induction

We'd love to speak to candidates with:

  • Excellent Customer Service skills

  • A hands-on approach, willing to assist the team as required and lead by example

  • A positive and innovative approach to problem solving

  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities

  • Flexibility with shifts may be required to assist with cover due to staff absence
