JOB TITLE: Team Leader (Account Manager Team)


SALARY: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum DOE


LOCATION: Bracknell


INDUSTRY: Automotive Software


HOURS: 40 hours per week

OVERVIEW:


I am proud to be working with a market leader within the Automotive Sector. We have grown the team to its full capacity (with the opportunity to grow!) and now require an established Team Leader to lead, manage and coach the current team for the UK and Europe. You will work closely with the Manager to gain familiarity of the product as well as provide outstanding customer service via the team.


The day to day duties in your new job would be:



  • Lead an established team to develop and enhance their skills

  • Identify opportunities to promote the brand's products and services

  • Provide a day to day leadership to the current team

  • Recruit, train and retain the team

  • Act as an escalation point - liaising directly with clients when required

  • Manage operational issues within the team and develop solutions based on logical reasoning

  • Manage the team resource coverage - hours etc

  • Planning staff attrition and the team evolving

  • Create reports on department KPI's

  • Continuously driving a culture of continuous improvement within the team, enhancing innovation and proactively making appropriate recommendations

  • Promoting services to new and existing clients

  • Automotive experience would be desirable but not essential
