Key responsibilities are to:

  • Ensure customers engagement is professional, polite and informative at all times and in all communications

  • Deliver an excellent customer experience to all of our customers

  • Follow up on quotes/enquiries and actions proactively, daily reports

  • Aim to exceed any SLAs or measures that matter

  • Escalate customer compliments and complaints

  • Attend meetings (internal and external) as and when required

  • Work with other departments when required-including warehouse assistance when needed

Skills and experience required:

  • Previous experience working within a customer care role

  • SAP experience ideal

  • Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written

  • Demonstrate company values through winning behaviour everyday and in every task
