Office Angels are currently working with a growing leisure and retail brand in MK who are seeking a German speaker for the expanding office. This role will see you report directly into the team leader.



  • Must be fluent in English and German - verbal and written languages.

  • General administration duties to include answering telephone calls, responding enquiries, and processing new orders.

  • Prepare letters, presentations and reports.

  • Attention to detail to process returns accurately and efficiently in German and English.

  • Work with warehouse team to outline and implement International customer packing requirements.

  • Organise deliveries with carriers and schedule shipments with International customers.

  • Prepare and assign customer delivery documentation in German.

  • Oversee shipments from collection to completion, process invoices and update filing.

  • Update new and existing product lines with customers.

  • Check and prepare company bills to be signed off by management.

  • Work with Accounts to query customer payments and deductions where necessary.

  • Prepare showroom for meetings, meet & greet clients and visitors.

  • Provide cover for the Operations Executive during periods of leave.

  • Assist and support International Directors, Sales agents and worldwide offices as required.


Hours: Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week, 8am -5:00pm although some flexibility is required.
