Office Angels have teamed up with this prestigious local client, who are looking for a new addition to provide day-to-day leadership to a dedicated team of Customer Relations Co-ordinators.

Focusing on providing an immediate and efficient service to the team, you will support and advice clients via phone and e-mail as well as ensure supporting administration is delivered to the highest standards.

Supported by the Customer Service Manager, you will manage daily team performance and attendance issues and oversee all written correspondence to customers, including e-mails and formal letters and follow up on all matters to ensure that they are handled professionally and closed within agreed time scales.

You will have a experience of working within a Customer Service based role including a Team Lead/Supervisory solid work history.
