JOB TITLE: Customer Service Maternity Contract (12 months FTC)


SALARY: £21,000 - £23,000 per annum


START DATE: November 2019


LOCATION: Bracknell


INDUSTRY: Financial Services


HOURS: 9am-5.30pm

OVERVIEW:


I am proud to be working with market leader within the Financial Services industry who require a competent Customer Service professional to join their small team during a 12 month maternity contract. You must have previous customer service experience as well as a can do attitude. You will need to hit the ground running as well as being a strong team player.


The day to day duties in your new job would be:



  • Manage a wide range of customer queries via telephone and email.

  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.

  • Deliver excellent customer service through efficient problem solving in a professional and polite manner

  • Process terminations received from customers and forward them onto the relevant funders

  • Action settlement and upgrade requests from customers and suppliers

  • Keep accurate records of customer information

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies


We'd love to speak to candidates:



  • Microsoft Office proficient



  • Experience using CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics

  • Happy to commit to a 12 month fixed term contract

  • Capable of working in a process driven environment

  • High attention to detail

  • Highly organised and able to work closely with other teams

  • Self motivated attitude
