Due to growth and expansion, a Sheffield business with over 200 years heritage in the city is looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their innovative, fast-paced office.

In this role, you are responsible for providing first class service and ensure an outstanding service is provided to each customer.

Free parking and good transport links

Monday to Thursday 830am-5pm, Friday 830am-4pm

Highly competitive package including salary and company bonus scheme

The duties:

  • Deliver customer service support

  • Handle incoming queries and respond to requests received from via emails, SMS etc

  • Process and manage sales orders - ensure that delivery is on time

  • Liaise with other departments on delivery times and pricing as and when required

  • Efficient tracking or sales order and paperwork

  • Updating databases with relevant information

  • Provide general admin support as and when required

Experience required:

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

  • The ability to build positive working relationships

  • Experience in delivering excellent customer service

  • Experience in the engineering industry would be advantageous

  • SAP experience would be advantageous
