Temporary Customer Service roles, in lovely environment, with a great team. 2-3 months work.
Customer Service team to deal with a number of customer and store calls throughout our Christmas period. The team provides an effective, customer focused support service to customers/stores and we need to find people who can consistently deliver the best service levels in customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing:

You will provide the highest level of customer service to stores and customers via the telephone, email and written communication in line with service centre KPI's and service standards whilst building effective and robust relationships across the business. You will handle calls on front line to resolve issues, queries or complaints using our in-house systems to log details and respond to queries.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for people who have excellent communication skills and a professional and articulate telephone manner. We are not looking for direct experience, however, if you have experience of dealing directly with customers and are from a similar customer service position, this would be advantageous. You should be flexible with working hours and have the ability to work to tight deadlines in a busy working environment. Computer skills are essential - you should have basic understanding/experience of Microsoft packages, i.e Excel, Word and Outlook. Most importantly, you should have an enthusiastic approach and have some fun along the way!
