Customer Service Co-ordinator

£22-24,000 per annum

Benefits: Full time, 37.5 hour week, Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm, Christmas Shut-down, 24 days holiday + BH, parking, and more

This is a rare exciting and demanding role that will give you a unique chance to play a key role in a busy team, supporting the Customer Division and Order Processing/completing all relevant administration with accuracy. You will manage your own accounts (customers) and manage their orders from start to finish.

Your daily duties:

Acting as a key customer point of contact, ensuring customer's requirements are met and all orders are dealt with efficiently.

Liaising with planning and production teams to negotiate production and delivery dates.

Managing project files, keeping all relevant paperwork up to date.

Ordering product samples

Preparing quotations, sending to the customer and then following up where necessary.

Booking orders for both repeat and new jobs making sure that all internal procedures are completed.

Maintaining and issuing customer stock reports as required.

Ensuring stock that is over 3 months old is delivered or invoiced as agreed with the customer.

Communicating and updating progress with external Sales Manager/s on a daily basis.
