Office Angels Taunton is currently working with a well known and reputable company based on the outskirts of Taunton, Somerset to recruit for a customer focused individual with excellent communication skills.


This is a full time, permanent opportunity working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, the core hours are 8am - 8pm. Predominantly your hours will be 9am - 5.30pm, but on occasion you need to have the flexibility to cover the 8am - 4pm shift or the 11.30am - 8pm shift. There is also an option to work 11.30am - 8pm Monday to Friday as your set shift pattern if this suits you better.


Due to the location you will need to be a driver or be open to car sharing. There is free car parking on site.


Working in a large open plan office you will need to be a team player with a real passion for working with people in a customer driven environment.


The role will involve managing a personal case load of insurance claims from start to finish, providing a high level of customer service and administration support ensuring all Service Level Agreements are met.


Acting as the first point of contact you will need to ensure all information given to Policyholders, Clients and Suppliers is accurate and liaise closely with the team making sure all aspects of the claim is dealt with in an effective and efficient manner.


Prior customer service experience is essential as well as a polite and professional telephone manner.
