JOB TITLE: Customer Services Advisor


LOCATION: Maidstone


CO TYPE: Fast paced Consultancy


HOURS: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm

We are teaming up with our client who is looking for the following skills:



  • Answering the telephone and email enquiries, help prepare pricing and communicate this to the Customer

  • Confident in your approach, with the ability to remain calm and resolve issues as they arise

  • The desire to exceed customer expectations

  • Excellent customer service, attention to detail and accuracy when recording information on the CRM

  • Ability to prioritise workloads and be flexible with your work approach

  • Service is key for this Company and their reputation for outstanding customer service is what sets them apart from their competitors.
