We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to work for a reputable company based in Leicester, this role is being offered on a temp to perm basis.


As the Customer Service Advisor the working hours are as follows; Monday to Friday 8am - 4.30pm, you will be required to work 1 week a month of lates which can be up until 8pm. You will also be required to work 1 Saturday in every 4, the week you work a Saturday you will receive a day off in the week.


As the Customer Service Advisor your duties are as listed below;



  • Handling enquiries and complaints

  • Handle enquiries within company SLA's

  • Establish and maintain a good professional working relationship with our client

  • Ensure customers are updated and informed at all times in their preferred communication channel

  • To identify and escalate potential customer issues to the Customer Manager before problems arise

  • Handle enquiries/complaints effectively, according to our procedures and within target timescales

  • Maintain accurate data records

  • Support the wider team in the delivery of excellent customer service

  • Carry out any other duties appropriate for a position of this nature


To be successful as the Customer Service Advisor you must;



  • Experience in a busy customer service team

  • Enquiries/complaints handling

  • Performing in a busy and demanding office environment on complex work management databases

  • IT literacy, including Microsoft Office - essential

  • Be able to deliver exceptional customer service

  • To thrive under pressure and be able to multi-task

  • Excellent telephone manner

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • High level of accuracy
