We are currently recruiting for a Customer Co-ordinator for our rapidly growing client based in Birmingham City Centre. Supporting the main Customer Hub you will provide first class customer service to clients throughout their customer journey. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business and become an integral part of the team with plenty of opportunity for progression.

Duties and Tasks:

  • First point of contact for Customers, handling all enquires

  • Contact clients in line with customer care plan

  • Work within service level agreements, always offering first class customer service

  • Liaise with internal departments and third parties

  • Inputting of customer data and development of CRM database

  • Ensuring all relevant customer information is received in allocated timeframe

  • Building relationships with customers and clients

The successful Candidate will posses the following skills:

  • Experience of providing first class customer service

  • Ability to work with confidential data

  • Excellent communicator

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment

  • Excellent IT Skills
