Office Angels is currently seeking an experienced Customer Advisor to work in a large team for a client of mine who are based in Chatham.

Key Responsibilities (not limited to)

  • Handling a high volume of calls from clients and updating them on the job progress

  • Updating spreadsheets

  • Being the first point of contact incoming phone calls

  • Scanning/Filing

  • Updating and amending engineers reports

  • Scheduling engineers to jobs

  • Responding to client emails in a timely manner

  • Dealing with customer and supplier queries and complaints

  • Issuing order numbers to engineers

  • Raising invoices and sending to clients

  • Assist in purchasing of materials and checking orders

Knowledge, Skills, Experience

  • Previous experience within a similar help desk role

  • A technical understanding

  • Similar experience within a customer focused role

  • Confident attitude

  • Good telephone communication skills

  • Strong attention to deal

Competitive salary for the local area of £20,000 working Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm.
