Our client, an Energy Efficiency Company based in the South-East London area are recruiting for two Sales Executives on a temporary basis, with a view to going permanent for the right candidate.

This is a great opportunity to join a company who are in a period of growth and expansion. The successful candidate will need to be a confident people person, with great customer service skills and experience of working in a telephone based role. You will need to build rapport with their customers and be willing to go the extra mile in order to aid the sales process in an exception and professional manner, keeping their customers satisfaction at the forefront of your role daily.

As a member of our Contact Centre Team, you will be responsible for the liaison between our company and is current and potential customers. The role will accept ownership for effectively managing customer enquiries whilst keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behaviour

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner (answering within 3 rings)

  • Manage an increasing amount of digital enquiries from the company website and social media sources

  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives

  • Seize opportunities to up sell products when they arise

  • To meet Key Performance Indicators


  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

  • Previous experience in a customer support role

  • Enjoyment working under pressure and in stressful situations
