Call Centre based Customer Account Manager required for an leading company in the Pub industry. The company offer a salary of £17,500 with the potential to earn up to £21,700 with bonus. They offer a range of excellent benefits; 25 days holiday, life insurance, BUPA, free parking and many more. You will be required to work rota shifts covering hours between 7am-8pm and some weekend shifts this is not negotiable and is essential.

You will need to have;

  • An excellent telephone manner as you will be speaking with customers on both inbound and outbound calls

  • Be confident and have experience in Customer Service/Sales roles previously

  • Be confident, organised and highly computer literate as you will use multiple systems

  • Exceptional attention to detail and be able to manage high volume workloads in a fast based environment

In this role you will be managing a portfolio of your own clients so there is no cold calling involved as they are all existing clients. You will be articulate, be able to deal with calls in a efficient way whilst ensuring the highest standards are delivered. You will process customer orders whilst ensuring that you are up selling and adding value where the opportunity arises.
