Customer Service Executive

Office Angels Gatwick are recruiting for a Customer Service Executive on behalf of a valued client based in Redhill. This role would suit you if you are a confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner and looking for the opportunity to develop your office base skills.

Your customer focus and drive will allow you to use your initiative and treat your customers as individuals providing them with a truly consultative approach.

  • You will be the first point of contact on the telephone speaking with customers

  • Manage customers enquires

  • Carry out all calls in accordance with regulation, procedure and policy

  • Ability to handle complex customer queries

  • To achieve high levels of customer service at all stages of the process to encourage repeat business

  • Accurately updating / noting customer records

  • Resolving / logging daily enquiries

  • Handling internal / external emails


*Excellent communication skills both written and oral
*Exceptional customer call handling skills
*Strong team player with the ability to work as an individual
*Ability to deal with difficult customer conversations when they arise

Education and Qualifications:

*Educated to minimum GCSE level
*Previous inbound calling experience and Customer Service experience desirable

Working hours:

Week 1 - 8am to 2:30pm (30 min break)

Week 2 - 12:30pm to 7pm (30 min break) + Sat 9am to 2pm (no break)

Week 3 - 9am to 5pm (1 hour break)

Week 4 - 9am to 6pm (1-hour break)

Average weekly hours over a 4-week period equate to 35
