JOB TITLE: French Customer Service/Account Manager


SALARY: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum


LOCATION: Bracknell


INDUSTRY: Automotive Software


HOURS: 40 hours including one Saturday per month (8am-4.30pm)

The day to day duties in your new job would be:



  • Manage the French Market Customer database

  • Developing customer relationships to essentially drive sales

  • Review product usage and identify new opportunities that would benefit your client

  • Enhancing the customer product at all times to the client

  • Respond to client queries and questions

  • Work as part of a collaborative team

  • Provide regular customer satisfaction calls

  • Deliver training sessions via webinar to clients


We'd love to speak to candidates:



  • Bilingual French and Fluent English

  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

  • Exposure to the automotive, leasing, call centre environment would be desirable

  • Posses a strong customer focus and results orientated personality

  • Strong time management skills

  • Has a high propensity to learn and self manage

  • The ability to work from multiple systems such as CRM and Microsoft

  • Strong IT skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point

  • To have previously used Webinar programmes would be beneficial

  • Confident to be able to present and deliver training to other individuals
